How Alisa’s Coaching Spurred Siti's Professional and Personal Growth

I have been burned many times by mentors and coaches who imposed unhelpful methodologies and so-called solutions on me. These approaches made me feel both belittled and unseen.

Alisa on the other hand, is an excellent listener and is able to engage in a dialogue to understand me as an individual. She is adept at understanding the root of my issues by just listening to the symptoms I am experiencing.

For example, she has vastly helped me understand my boundaries and re-route my focus and energy into areas which I am most passionate about. This helped spur my personal and professional growth.

  • Alisa has a wealth of knowledge, experiences and tools, and she selects and curates the ones that will benefit me the most — all while constantly being attentive and receptive to feedback.

  • Her didactic approach has taught me how to ascertain the value I bring to my work and social connections, and where to prioritize my energy.

  • She has provided me with effective tools to sustain my motivation levels, regulate my emotions, and structure my day-to-day.

  • She has connected me with her network of inspirational women, who have also helped me tremendously thanks to their advice.

In each session, Alisa provides a safe haven where I am empowered to be my authentic self so that I can accelerate my growth. She is able to see me as an individual in my entirety, and has provided me with immense support and genuine acceptance — even through difficult transitions such as break ups, layoffs, and job / school rejections. I am incredibly lucky to have met a beautiful soul like Alisa, who is inspirational, intelligent and insightful. I’m even luckier to have her as my coach.
